As we look toward the future, we also want to take a moment to honor our past. After over 20 years of dedicated service, our co-founder and sales lead, DeanVarillas, is stepping into retirement. Dean has been a positive force for so many of our customers, laying the groundwork for their successful journeys with FileTrac. His passion, commitment, and leadership have been instrumental in shaping who we are today.
While Dean is retiring from his day-to-day role, we’re delighted that he will continue to serve as a member of our board. He’s looking forward to welcoming anew puppy into his life and spending plenty of time on the pickleball court. Weare immensely grateful for his many years of loyalty and hard work at the company, and we hope you will join us in wishing him all the best in this exciting new chapter.

Slightly newer but familiar to many, Ruby leads one of the most important aspects for our customers: preserving, protecting, growing, and building their customer and adjuster communities. Ruby and her team are passionate about ConversationInsurance and its unlimited potential to reshape the teams that our customers rely upon. Since the soft launch at PLRB in 2024, Conversation Insurance has exploded onto the scene, allowing organizations and customers to build communities. Whether public or private, Ruby showcases the value of community building. Her team’s creativity, design experience, and expertise make every customer an almost instant expert in fostering their own communities.
